What you’ll be doing with us

You won’t just be prepping ingredients; you’ll be a guardian of traditional taste. On a daily basis, you’ll be:

• Cooking the Classics: Preparing a variety of traditional Emirati dishes exactly how they’re meant to be made.
• Keeping it High-Quality: Making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen looks great and tastes consistent.
• Clean & Safe: Following all the Dubai Municipality hygiene rules to keep our kitchen spotless.
• Teamwork: Working through the busy lunch and dinner rushes alongside a team that supports one another.

What we’re looking for

• The Know-How: You have real experience cooking Emirati or Khaleeji food. You know your spices and you know the techniques.
• The Vibe: You’ve got a strong work ethic and you’re a great team player. Kitchens get busy, so you need to be able to keep your cool when things get fast-paced.
• The Paperwork: If you have a transferable visa, that’s great! If not, don’t worry—we provide full visa sponsorship for the right person.
