Are you a pro with a trowel? Do you take pride in seeing a perfectly level floor or a seamless wall of tile? At Reap, we’re busy with new construction projects in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, and we need two hardworking Tile Masons to join us for the next 2 years.

What the job looks like

We don’t just “lay tiles”—we finish spaces. Your typical day will involve:

• Getting it Right from the Start: Prepping concrete or drywall so your tiles have a solid foundation.
• Precision Work: Reading the drawings and layouts to make sure every ceramic, porcelain, or stone tile is exactly where it belongs.
• The Craft: Cutting, shaping, and fitting tiles with hand tools and wet saws, then finishing up with clean grouting and sealing.
• Being Part of the Team: Working safely alongside our site engineers and keeping your workspace organized.

What we need from you

If you’ve spent 1 to 3 years on a construction site, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. We need someone who:

• Knows their tools: You’re comfortable with everything from a grout float to a power saw.
• Is physically fit: You can handle standing for long shifts and lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) in different weather.
• Is ready to work: We work 6 days a week (9 hours a day, including a lunch break), with plenty of overtime available if you’re looking to earn more.
• Communicates well: A bit of English helps us all stay on the same page.

• Salary: AED 1,500 per month.
