What’s the job actually like?

You won’t just be “performing tasks.” You’ll be a lifeline for our clients. A typical day might include:

• The Basics: Helping someone get dressed, refreshed, and ready for the day.
• Independence: Assisting with meals and medication so our clients can stay safe at home.
• The Human Side: Having a real conversation, sharing a laugh, and being the companion someone might not have otherwise.
• The Tech Side: Keeping accurate notes and, with our training, handling more complex care (like PEG or Tracheostomy support) when needed.

What we’re looking for

We’re a “Good” rated CQC provider, so we hold ourselves to high standards. To join us, you’ll need:

• Experience: At least one year working in care (home care, nursing homes, or supported living).
• The Essentials: A valid driving license and your own car (this is non-negotiable as you’ll be visiting clients at home).
• Communication: Good English skills—our clients need to be able to chat with you and understand their care plans.
• Availability: We have full-time (37.5 hrs), part-time, and “bank” roles. Since care doesn’t stop, we do need people who can work shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
