Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks.
  • Handles emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
  • Arrange reports, prepare documents, and organize
    filing systems.
  • Assist in recording transactions and maintaining
    financial records.
  • Help accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Familiar with HR documentation.

Requirements:

  •  A Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related
    field.
  • Proven experience with 3 years or more
    experience in accounting and administrative tasks with 3 to 5 years of
    experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to
    detail.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work Independently.

Remuneration: NGN 200000
