At REAPHR, we’re looking for someone who actually knows their way around a circuit board. This isn’t just a basic maintenance job—you’ll be the person making sure a luxury resort stays powered up, safe, and comfortable for every guest.
What the work actually looks like
You won’t just be sitting in an office. You’ll be out on the floor:
- Keeping the Lights On: Dealing with everything from basic lighting to complex HVAC systems and backup generators.
- Finding the Problem: When a breaker trips or a system fails, you’re the one who finds out why and fixes it properly.
- Doing it Right: Installing wiring, switches, and panels so they meet safety codes. No shortcuts.
- Teamwork: Working with the rest of the maintenance crew to plan out upgrades or renovations.
- Logging the Job: Using a bit of Excel to keep track of what you fixed and what parts we need to order.
What we’re looking for in a teammate
If you’ve spent 1 to 3 years working in hotels, resorts, or big commercial buildings, you’ll fit right in. We need someone who:
- Knows the Tools: You’re comfortable with multimeters and testing gear.
- Can Read the Plan: You don’t need someone to hold your hand—you can read a wiring diagram and get to work.
- Is Flexible: Resorts are 24/7. You’re okay with working different shifts, including weekends or holidays when the resort is busy.
- Can Communicate: You speak enough English to read a manual and talk to the team (Urdu or Hindi is a big plus too).
- Is Safety-First: You never skip the safety gear or the lockout procedures.
