Are you a Sushi Chef who takes pride in every roll and every slice of neta? At Go-Jip K Grill and Sushi Buffet, we are looking for a skilled, passionate chef to join our busy kitchen in Underwood. We aren’t just looking for a “worker”—we’re looking for someone who loves the fast-paced energy of a successful restaurant and wants to grow with a friendly, supportive team.

What the job looks like
You’ll be right in the heart of our kitchen operations. Your day-to-day will involve:
- The Craft: Breaking down whole fish and preparing fresh sushi toppings with precision.
- The Pace: Working efficiently during our busy services to keep our buffet fresh and our customers happy.
- The Standards: Maintaining top-tier hygiene and food safety—because quality starts with a clean station.
- The Schedule: We have Full-Time (38–40 hours) or Part-Time roles available. You’ll mostly be focused on dinner service during the week, with full-day shifts on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest times, so they are essential!).
What we’re looking for
- Real Experience: You’ve spent significant time behind a sushi bar. Your knife skills are sharp, and you know how to handle high-quality fish.
- The “Neta” Specialist: You can prep toppings and handle fish breakdown like a pro.
- Team Vibe: You’re reliable, work well under pressure, and bring a positive attitude to the kitchen.
