What You’ll Do
You won’t just be writing code in a vacuum. You’ll be working right alongside our traders and quant analysts to:
- Build & Optimize: Design high-performance systems that handle real-time market data and automated order execution.
- Solve Complex Puzzles: Tackle low-latency challenges and ensure our systems are robust and scalable.
- Lead & Mentor: Take ownership of technical initiatives and help guide our junior engineers.
- Keep Things Running: Monitor performance and jump in to resolve technical issues swiftly.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is self-driven and resilient. Ideally, you have:
- The Basics: A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- The Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on work with C#, C++, or Python.
- The Domain Knowledge: You’ve worked on trading systems before and understand things like order book structures and trade execution.
- The Mindset: You enjoy collaborative problem-solving and can make sound architectural decisions under pressure.
