We’re looking for a Workshop Assistant to join us in Great Dunmow. This is a hands-on, “get your boots on” kind of role where we provide full training. Whether you’re a career changer, a recent grad, or just looking for a solid start in the UK, we’ve got a spot for you.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be in the heart of the action:

• Assembling Gear: Using drawings and instructions to help build our equipment (think of it as high-level assembly).
• Mastering Tools: We’ll teach you to safely use power tools, hand tools, and even welding equipment.
• Keeping Machines Happy: Helping with routine maintenance and figuring out why a machine might be acting up.
• Workshop Upkeep: Keeping the tools organized and the workspace clean so everyone can work safely.
• Helping Out: Supporting the senior techs with heavy lifting and general troubleshooting.
