At HuizingHarvest, we aren’t just looking for another set of hands. We need an experienced tech who can step into our New Gisborne workshop, take the lead, and help us keep things running smoothly. This isn’t a short-term gig; we’re looking for someone to become a core part of our international crew for the long haul.
The Day-to-Day
Based out of our modern shop in New Gisborne, Victoria, you’ll be the go-to for assembling and supporting heavy hitters like HORSCH, AGCO, Krone, and MacDon.
It’s not all shop work, though. We take on projects all over Australia—everything from grain silo assembly to on-site maintenance. Because we work with so many different brands and machine types, you’ll rarely find yourself doing the same thing two days in a row.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is technically sharp and ready for the “adventure” side of this job.
- The Skills: You’ve got a few years of solid experience under your belt working on ag machinery and a Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Ag Engineering or Mechanics.
- The Mindset: You’re ready to live in Australia for at least a year. If you’ve led a team or coordinated projects before, that’s a huge plus.
- The Logistics: You’ll need a valid driver’s license, decent English, and the flexibility to travel across the country when a project calls for it.
