What We’re Looking For

• The Credentials: You’ll need full, unrestricted AHPRA registration. (We are also open to post-grads—if you’re just starting out, we’ll help you grow!)
• The Mindset: Someone who genuinely enjoys working with seniors and is a motivated team player.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards (and if you’ve used Leecare before, that’s a huge plus).
• Flexibility: While this has a night duty focus, we’re looking for someone who can work various shifts to keep our home running smoothly.
