We are looking for a creative and hardworking Baker & Cake Decorator to join our crew. If you’re the kind of person who takes massive pride in seeing a perfectly finished cake or a golden batch of pastries head out the door, you’ll fit right in.

What the day looks like

This is a “best of both worlds” role. You won’t just be doing one thing; you’ll be right in the middle of the action:

• The Bake: Making sure our daily staples—bread, rolls, pastries, and pies—are consistent and high-quality.
• The Art: Taking the lead on decorating cakes and specialty items for our retail displays and custom orders.
• The Prep: Whisking up ganaches, fillings, and icings from scratch.
• The Flow: Helping us hit our production targets for our shops while keeping everything clean and safe.
• The Future: We want your ideas! You’ll get to help us brainstorm seasonal products and new decorating styles.

Are you the one?

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, creative, and can keep up the pace in a commercial kitchen:

• The Experience: You’ve spent at least a year in a commercial bakery or patisserie and feel comfortable with both baking and decorating.
• The Eye: You have a high standard for how things look and taste.
• The Vibe: You’re a team player who is happy to help out junior members and keep a positive energy on the floor.
