What the work looks like

If you love staying active and seeing the results of your hard work, you’ll fit right in. Since we focus on Bell Peppers, you’ll be spending your days right in the mix of the crops.

On a typical day, you’ll be:

• Tending the plants: Working in the rows to make sure our peppers are growing perfectly.
• Staying active: You’ll be on your feet quite a bit—walking, standing, and moving around the farm.
• Handling the load: Sometimes the work gets a bit heavy, so you should be comfortable lifting and moving crates or equipment.
• Working as a team: We’re a fast-paced farm, but we’re all in this together.
