What you’ll need to bring

Since we follow Australian regulations (ACECQA), there are a few must-haves:

• The Degree: You’ll need an ACECQA-approved qualification (like a BA in Early Childhood Studies or a PGCE in Early Years).
• Communication: Great English skills are essential for chatting with our families and working with the team.
• The Heart: A genuine love for child development and a team-player attitude.
